Premium Halal Chicken MDM Available for Sale

Our Halal Chicken MDM (Mechanically Deboned Meat) is crafted from carefully slaughtered, healthy poultry. This product features whole chicken bone bodies that are mechanically minced to produce red, fresh meat. The MDM contains 18% ± 2% fat, 15% ± 1% protein, and 65% ± 2% moisture, with a particle size of no more than 1mm and a maximum calcium content of 2500ppm.

• Packaging Details: Our Halal Chicken MDM is packaged in transparent poly bags with labels or colorful bags branded as per customer requirements. Standard packing specifications include 5kg blocks (2 per carton, totaling 10kg) or customized packaging based on customer needs.
• Inspection Certificates: Our product is certified HALAL, HACCP, ISO, CIQ, and EU.
• Storage Temperature: The product must be kept at a temperature of -18°C to maintain quality.
• Supply Capacity: We are capable of supplying 1000 metric tons (40 x 40’ RH containers) of Halal frozen Chicken MDM every month.
